But the International Herald Tribune says it's imminent.

Top three candidates: Sen. Evan Bayh of Indiana, Gov. Tim Kaine of Virginia and Sen. Joseph Biden Jr. of Delaware. Also in the mix in a couple of other news stories is Gov. Kathleen Seblius of Kansas.

And we can't leave out Hillary Clinton just for fun. Or someone who no one has ever heard of.
